Hi,
Just wanted to let you all know that mom has had a couple of "good" days. She has been eating and keeping it down, not pain free, but when lying down at least mostly comfortable (I hope that makes sense..I just don't want you to think that she is up and jumping around, but things are so much better than they were 2 and 3 weeks), and when she is rested she can carry on conversations with some of her normal humor....it's great!! Get this, you all know she is the bookkeeper and the computer guru. She endures major pain when sitting, so dad revamped the office. He brought mattresses upstairs so she could lay down and get some computer work completed. Yes, some of you are thinking..Why not a laptop?? Well, the software and records are all on the desk top one. But, what a marvelous husband to think outside the box and find ways to show how much he loves her!! Just a side note..their 36th anniversary is Tuesday, February 15th!!
I can not say this enough..thank you for all your comforting words!! Thank you for reminding us of scripture and songs!!
